This position provides inbound, phone-based service to patrons of public libraries across North America.
Success requires excellent phone and oral communication skills, excellent use of the English language, proficiency with computers, excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail.
Pay starts at $14.00-$15 per hour. Full suite of benefits. Various schedules available. Full time and part-time.
